Dr. Sandra L. Cook

Dr. Sandra L. Cook has over 30 years’ experience working in education. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University, PA, in Business Education, and began her teaching career as an Instructor of Secretarial Science at Harrisburg Area Community College. She followed the Lord’s calling to teach at Harrisburg Christian School and developed the initial curriculum for 8th thru 12th grades for a high school business program. Continuing to pursue God’s leading, she went into public education teaching for 16 years at Dauphin County Vocational Technical High School, where she became the advisor to the first high school Christian club in the area. During this same time she and her husband accepted positions as the Youth Leaders at their Church. She went on to obtain her Master of Education from Penn State University in Training and Development with additional certification in Public Personnel Administration. Through Temple University she additionally obtained Secondary Principal Certification and Vocational Administrative Director Certification. She has served in administrative positions at Cumberland-Perry AVTS as the Assistant Principal in charge of Discipline and Child Accounting and then as the Assistant Principal in charge of Student Services. The Lord then led her to the position of Assistant Director of Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School where she was in charge of all staff and all educational activities and policies. August of 2007 she resigned from this position to follow the vision from God to establish Christian Vocational high schools. Sandra currently serves as President of the Board of Pathways Tech Christian Career & Technical Education. She has also recently completed a Doctorate of Ministry through the Colorado Theological Seminary.
