IAD Brothers Supporting Brothers department has one goal and vision: to assist men around the world with their walk with Christ. Our desire is to help men have the courage to explore and begin their walk with Christ, the strength to develop the lifestyle that enhances the discipleship patterns of Christ, and the endurance to live a victorious life that allows their family, friends, colleagues and the younger generations to find their fulfillment in Christ.
From Rosalind’s desk:
The making of a men’s ministry was birthed in April 2019, after the push back I gave feeling like God wouldn’t use me to bring men together. I have ministered throughout my military and correctional officer career to many men usually remaining solid on God’s word. I have had the pleasure to witness marriages restored and commitment to live an abstinent life until marriage. Many of our sisters are married to wonderful God fearing me who respect and honor the wives they have been given.
My heart ached as I spoke to many men who admired our women ministry and some of our men had relatives actively involved. As I continued to stay before the Lord, I also studied Pastor T. D. Jakes. Tony Evans and Myles Munroe. I continued to seek God for amazing male mentors in life that can be brutally honest. During my quiet time I constantly ask the Lord for direction on being that conduit, bringing unfamiliar men into the ministry and allow them to organically get to know one another giving them liberty to focus on their needs; while keeping the women and Young Adult Ministry covered in Prayer. Our leaders are building a foundation of truth, transparency and accountability in a safe space. My prayer is for our gentleman no matter where they are in life can join together and experience a true brotherhood. We are a “Ministry without Walls” where men who are committed to their local congregation or searching for a place they can feel connected will know they are welcome. I am praying for your Soul wherever you are, I love you.

Welcome to Brothers Supporting Brothers. Throughout the year we plan small group studies, virtual meetings and Annual Retreats created to minister to men in four dimensions of manhood (Identity, Relationships, Purpose and Vision) to allow men to grow in Christ through their interaction.

Courage – This level focuses on men who are discovering Christ or taking their first steps in Christ. The courage level will give application and implementation exercises for spiritual growth.

Strength - This level assists men who have a relationship with Christ and are in the local church. The strength level will focus on discipleship growth applications and implementation resources to strengthen their relationships and encourage men as they serve Christ in their church and daily life.

Endurance – This level gives encouragement and engagement of Kingdom principles so those who are currently serving in key leadership assignments will find a deeper sense of their spiritual purpose in ministry.
