Healthy Mentors * Healthy Family * Healthy Community * Healthy Ministry.

At IAD Ministries offers mentors who care about you and wants the best for you. They know that the most important thing in life is to have a personal relationship with Christ, so they encourage you to invest in this relationship. As a result, you can grow spiritually and become mature in your faith. We handle successful mentoring relationships that go through four phases: preparation, negotiating, enabling growth, and closure. These sequential phases build on each other and vary in length.

Our Core Values: C.R.E.AT.I.V.E.

In our local community and across 10 additional states we have created a grassroots program. We focus on our local youth through mentorship, volunteer programs and accountability; such as encouraging and guiding each individualized plan. Our program includes identifying youth that need to complete high school and graduate along with preparing for their written and driver’s license test, if needed. Unlike, our high risk youth we have received request from 1-2 parent homes with youth that do not fit the traditional school environment but excelled with us recommending Job Corps with a self pace environment. This program is absolutely a great asset for our youth that desire non-traditional or vocational training.

IADM consistently collaborates directly with Job Corps counselors in more than 10 states, working with military recruits in more the 4 counties within Texas alone. We assist with both male and female, most often high risk and/or considered most vulnerable.

We support through continual mentorship, communication and graduation of the program. transitioning out of foster care, military (all branches), college, or the juvenile system to achieve their "NEXT."

IADM believes every child and young adult should be given an opportunity. Through trauma, rejection, guilt, abuse, many of these young adults/aging out foster, former military and (TJJD) Texas Juvenile Justice Department are broken mentally from family and/or friends. We work to build their trust as they extend their arms to meet us with hope.
