Our Story

It’s Already Done Ministries began in 2019 when one woman decided to celebrate her birthday by gathering other women to pour positive energy into their lives. From that gathering, a movement was born, growing into an annual women’s retreat designed to foster fellowship, encouragement, and the tools needed to strengthen mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional resilience.

As our commitment to supporting women deepened, we encountered youth facing critical challenges—being put out of their homes, trying to secure employment without basic documents like a driver’s license, ID, or birth certificate, and navigating homelessness while aging out of foster care, graduating high school, or leaving college without a clear plan or place to go.

Our top priority for these youth and young adults is to help them enroll in Job Corps. For those who do not qualify or choose not to attend, we partner with other organizations to secure housing, employment, and transportation, equipping them to step confidently into the next phase of their lives. We maintain ongoing contact with each individual to provide mentorship, motivation, and consistent support. We also send care packages filled with essential items and encouraging gifts and, whenever possible, attend their graduations to celebrate their milestones alongside them.

Looking ahead, we are committed to expanding our programs to:

  • Empower women through education and motivation focused on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

  • Support individuals ages 16 to 24 in easing the stress of transitioning into adulthood by providing guidance, mentorship, and connection to vital resources.

At It’s Already Done Ministries, we believe that with support and love, women and youth can walk confidently into the future they deserve.
